Reservation and Booking
- To secure your reservation, we require a valid credit card, debit card, or cash deposit for any incidental charges during check-in.
- Please present a government-issued photo identification upon check-in.
Rental Payment
- The full rental payment is due prior to or upon arrival, depending on the terms specified during the booking process.
Security Deposit
- A security deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe after check-out, provided that no damages or additional charges are incurred during your stay.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made at least one week before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 100% refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the date of check-in or for early departures.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time is at 4 pm to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation.
- Check-out time is at 11 am. Late checkouts may incur a fee of $50, as our cleaning team operates on a precise schedule.
Guest Responsibilities
- Quiet hours are in effect from 11 pm. Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors.
- Dispose of garbage in the designated big green bins down the road. Separate recyclables in the blue bins and compost in the smaller brown bins.
- No objects should be left in front of the unit.
Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet; all other items should be disposed of in the garbage.
- Animals are not permitted during your stay.
- Smoking (tobacco or cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the unit or on the balcony. Smoking must be done at least 9 meters away from the building.
Property Conditions and Liability
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and undamaged condition. Any damages or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
- Papa's Getaways shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during your stay.
Force Majeure
Papa's Getaways shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.
Termination of Agreement
- Papa's Getaways reserves the right to terminate the agreement and ask guests to vacate the property immediately in the event of violation of these terms and conditions or any misconduct that disrupts the well-being of other guests or the property.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your stay at Papa's Getaways shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through legal proceedings in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
